Function¡G
This furnace support computer recorded intra
furnace eight-point gas pressure automatic
timing sampling. The eight points include:
preheating area, three points; firing area,
three points, and cooling area one point;
nitrogen source entrance, one point.

Electric Control¡G
1. Electric heating structure adopts world
leading pottery fiber interlocking pressure
infusion process entity figuration, wire material
is combined with pottery plates closely, wire
terminal goes through heat insulating layer
directly connecting with high heat resistant
wire, permitting great convenience in maintenance
and repair.
2. Temperature distribution with high accuracy:
each heating section is composed of two groups
of electric heating units, one on top, and
one on bottom.
3. Each heating section has one solid-state
relays (SSR), working with PID control and
power output feedback CT inspection. Output¡@is
monitored by PC comprehensively. In case of
abnormal output, PC will give alarm message.
4.Each SSR is equipped with fast fuse and
interlocked fuse group base permitting convenient
maintenance and repair.
5. Electronic control device for each SSR
has power source indicator light (indicating
power source supply condition).
6. Electronic control device for each SSR
has heating indicator light (indicating heating
signal input condition).

Using Specification¡G
net belts have 14¡¨, 18¡¨, 25¡¨, 36¡¨four optional
sizes.

Characteristics¡G 1.Heavy curtain type swing metal
curtains are installed at inlets and outlets
to prevent outside air entering and maintaining
inner chamber positive pressure.
2. Two groups of hydrogen supply pipelines
are setup at furnace heating segment with
hydrogen flow adjustment device, assisting
gas pressure supply control and temperature
balance.
3. Hydrogen supply pressure is measured at
hydrogen entrance. System will alarm when
pressure reaches min limit.
4. Nitrogen supply pressure is measured at
nitrogen entrance. System will alarm when
pressure reaches min limit. Hydrogen supply
will be cut and large volume of nitrogen will
be inputted into furnace chamber (not via
flow meter).
5. In case of hydrogen leakage or its concentration
going above satety standard, alarm point will
send alarm message and hydrogen source will
be cut and large volume of nitrogen will be
supplied to avoid accident. (Supplied by the
seller)
6. Will be positioned over the inlet and outlet
of the furnace.
7. Gas ignition status will be monitored with
flame. When it is necessary, hydrogen source
will be cut and large volume of nitrogen will
be supplied to avoid accident.
8. Gas pressure: After high temperature sintering,
oxygen concentration can be controlled to
be below 2ppm to prevent oxidation of sintered
products. (Depending on the purity of nitrogen
source).
9. This equipment can supply hydrogen, nitrogen
or their mixture.
