Function¡G
1. Electric heating structure adopts world
leading pottery fiber interlocking pressure
infusion process entity figuration, wire material
is combined with pottery plates closely, wire
terminal goes through heat insulating layer
directly connecting with high heat resistant
wire, permitting great convenience in maintenance
and repair.
2. Temperature distribution with high accuracy:
each heating section is composed of five groups
of electric heating units, two on top, three
on left, right and bottom respectively. Two
of the heating units on left, right and bottom
can be adjusted to different proper heating
power respectively to attain temperature balance
requirement on left and right.
3. Each heating section has three solid-state
relays (SSR), working with PID control and
power output feedback CT inspection. PC monitors
output comprehensively. In case of abnormal
output, PC will give alarm message.
4. Air flow in furnace is from firing area
(furnace outlet) to burnout area (furnace
inner chamber initial stage buffer area, furnace
entrance), to prevent burnout product from
getting contaminated, therefore, positioning
assistant air supply pipelines at front section
of furnace outlet with flow adjustment device
to attain fixed pressure and quantity control
method of air supply and gas pressure flow.

normal operation temperature is 850+/-2¢J,
max operation temperature is 1050¢J, temperature
control accuracy can reach +/-1¢J.
