Characteristics¡G

2. Adjustable heat flow circulation: +/-1%
3. Oxygen concentration: decreasing to 50ppm
in 30 minutes
4.gas pressure control: O2, N2, H2
5. Heating speed: Heating speed can be calculated
through temperature and time setting on PLC
to improve product-heating quality.
6. Strong cooling system: when processing
program tends to end, the program will activate
indirect cooling fangs installed at the back
of furnace chamber automatically.
7.Solvent collection: There are solvent collecting
pipes and containers at the back of the furnace
to alleviate environmental pollution.
8.Power break: in case of power break in operation,
program will switch to ¡¥Gas protection emergency
mode¡¦, Air or nitrogen of pre settled volume
will be imputed into the furnace to protect
non-oxidation product.
9.Power recovery: when there is power break
or mandatory return to the time of the last
step of changing the program, the program
will continue the operation of its procedure.
10.Motor protection device: Motors and gas
mix supply pipes are installed in control
cabinet to elongate motor operation period
and economic lives of seal rings.
11.gas pressure system: Heating of nitrogen
and hydrogen is adjustable.
12.Oxygen concentration: oxygen concentration
detector is installed in furnace; it transmits
collected data to oxygen analyzer, accuracy
+/-0.5%.
